Staying at Casa Ticul was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but had some issues with darkness and smell. The location was convenient on the 5th avenue, close to the beach, but there were disruptions from noisy constructions nearby. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I will definitely be returning again. However, there were some noise issues that affected my experience. The outdoor shower and hot tub were fantastic amenities, but the walls need a fresh coat of paint to address the mold issue.
